A portion of the log stored away, to light the fire of next Yule.

Winters frost has covered this plane, fires lit at night, for warmth as well as for channeling our energy. In the night forests outside, timber wolves travel in pack formation, seeking the sustenance for their own. Apex predator, the Alpha, breathes in misty vapors from the cold, runs ahead of his fold, seeking the grass grazers in the dark forest, his Beta running beside him.
